The Institution and Its Architects

Alabrida Revenue Architects LLC exists to codify, teach, and advance the Alabrida doctrine of revenue architecture. The doctrine — the Unified Commercial Engine, the Bowtie Model, the 5-Stage Revenue Journey, Information Fusion, Commercial Sovereignty — is maintained here as a single source of truth. The practice of that doctrine happens in the field, through certified affiliate architects.

This structure is deliberate. An institution provides standards, research, and accountability; a practitioner provides judgment, presence, and results. Alabrida is built so that both compound.

The Founder

Richard Norwood, PMP — Founder & Framework Author

Richard Norwood codified the Revenue Architecture doctrine and founded Alabrida Revenue Architects. A certified Project Management Professional with fifteen-plus years across staffing, telecom, automotive, and healthcare, Richard developed the discipline in the field — architecting revenue systems for businesses that had outgrown tactics but not yet found structure.

His practice, richardnorwood.com, is the institution’s founding affiliate: a working demonstration of the doctrine applied at the practitioner tier, serving B2B service businesses from Tampa Bay across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia, and remotely nationwide.

The Affiliate Network

Certified affiliate architects practice under the Alabrida doctrine: same frameworks, same vocabulary, same standards of evidence. Each affiliate operates an independent practice; the institution provides the doctrine, the tooling standards, and the certification path.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Evidence over promises. Trust in a commercial environment is built on data. We establish a single source of truth for revenue data so CEOs, stakeholders, and private-equity partners can make high-stakes decisions with clarity.
  • Architecture over apps. We recommend structures, not subscriptions. Any platform we specify must survive discovery.
  • Sovereignty over dependence. The client owns the engine, the data, and the logic — always.
  • The full bowtie. Our work is measured past the close: adoption, impact, retention, expansion.
